Do you have an insatiable drive to build, launch, and scale? At Clinikally, we're on a mission to transform dermatology and haircare in India, and we're looking for an exceptional individual to join our Founder's Office, focusing specifically on Growth & New Initiatives.
This isn't a backseat role; you'll be front and center, working directly with our Founder & CEO to identify, launch, and accelerate our next big leaps forward. Your work here will directly fuel our expansion and presence.
What You'll Be Doing:
You'll be a key driver for our exponential growth, acting as an agile force behind critical projects that will push Clinikally into new territories. Your days will be dynamic, strategic, and deeply impactful.
- Scouting & Strategy: You'll be on the hunt for untapped growth opportunities, whether it's new channels, partnerships, or market segments. You'll then help shape the strategy to capitalize on them.
- Launch & Lead: Take ownership of launching new growth experiments and strategic initiatives from concept to execution. This means getting your hands dirty, iterating fast, and driving tangible results.
- Data-Driven Decisions: You'll obsess over metrics, analyze performance, and translate insights into actionable growth strategies, ensuring we're always optimizing.
- Founder's Strategic Partner: Serve as a direct thought partner to the Founder CEO, COO, CFO and other leaders on all things growth. You'll help them extend their reach, execute quickly, and remain agile in a fast-changing market.
- Cross-Functional Catalyst: Work seamlessly across product, tech, marketing, and operations teams, ensuring alignment and smooth execution of growth-focused projects.
- Unblock & Optimize: Identify bottlenecks in our growth funnels and operational processes, then design and implement solutions to keep the engine running smoothly.
What We're Looking For:
- A few years of experience (2+) with a proven track record in growth roles, business development, product management, or a similar strategic execution role, ideally within a high-growth startup or tech-driven environment.
- A "builder" mindset: You're not afraid to start from scratch, test hypotheses, and iterate quickly based on results.
- Strong analytical chops: You live and breathe data, comfortable dissecting metrics, identifying trends, and making data-backed recommendations.
- Exceptional project management: You can manage multiple, complex initiatives simultaneously, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- Proactive and highly adaptable: You anticipate needs, take initiative, and thrive in dynamic, sometimes ambiguous, environments.
- Excellent communication skills: You can articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively, whether it's to a founder or a cross-functional team.
- A curious and entrepreneurial spirit: You're always looking for new ways to grow and are excited by the challenge of scaling a business.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Direct experience with digital marketing, performance advertising, or user acquisition in a D2C/health context.
- A background in healthtech or e-commerce.
- Experience in a role directly supporting senior leadership.
