The Job
In this role, you will be involved in leading projects or assisting Project Manager with project status control. You will be responsible for :
- Analysing business processes and applying systems-level thinking to provide appropriate solutions
- Gathering customer requirements and conducting gap analysis.
- Performing system configuration, software and hardware installation, data migration, data integration and testing.
- Conducting user training and support.
- Providing estimates, timelines, resource planning, designs and testing procedures when needed.
- Coordinating with the Development team on solution design, programming and validation.
Ideal Candidate
- You have a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, System Engineering, Business Administration or related.
- You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar capacity or in manufacturing industry as a process engineer, quality assurance or production engineer.
- You have experience with complex enterprise software and system development.
- You have hands-on experience leading software and systems development engineers.
- Knowledge and understanding of business application concepts and terminologies in sales, purchasing, inventory and/or manufacturing is required for the role
- You possess strong analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to effectively alternate between detail and conceptual levels.
- You are an independent self-starter and willing to continuous pick up new knowledge
- You have excellent problem-solving and time-management skills
- You have outstanding oral and written skills
- You are willing to undertake domestic and international travel (up to 70%).
